This webinar is generously offered to members of the Regenerative Communities Network to help us learn how to work better together. We will explore how Energy Flow arises in living systems and how it can be catalyzed within our own regenerative projects, while also increasing our potential for synergies across them


In creating a regenerative network, healthy member organizations are vital to achieving the network's potential. Network and member regeneration is an outcome of a network's underlying health. One of the conditions for underlying health is the role of Energy Flow throughout the network. Energy Flow is the energy created and transferred between members of a network. Regenerative networks design for the health and well-being of each member and their dependencies and interactions with one another. The more engaged the members of the network, the greater the flow of energy to fulfill the purpose and implement the work of the network. To increase the flow of energy, the network's structural design should include three primary priorities: Well-Being, Unique Genius and Network Role. Join us for this webinar as we discuss these priorities and explore ways to co-design structures for the Regenerative Communities Network that increase the Energy Flow within the network.

Participants will leave this webinar with an understanding of:  

  • Regenerative networks and key design principles;
  • The role that Energy Flow plays in the underlying health of a network;
  • The three priorities for increasing Energy Flow within a network; and
  • How we can co-design structures for the Regenerative Communities Network to increase Energy Flow within the network.

Alexandra Groome Klement, Project Manager, nRhythm

Alex has collaborated with and led a diversity of teams at international networks and nonprofits for the past six years, tackling complex environmental, social and organizational challenges–from ICTs for equitable human development, to regenerative agriculture as a solution for food security and climate resilience. Through her work in regenerative agriculture, Alex discovered her passion for helping others apply regenerative principles to their organizations in order to enable them to thrive. She has a BAH in Environmental Studies from Queen’s University (Canada).
